We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 5-7 business days after delivery to our facility):
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Total Time: You should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after we process your return
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Footwear that shows signs of wear or has been worn outdoors
- Accessories with removed tags or packaging
- Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
